• Dynamo Dust – NOT HOT but a flavor that can not be beat!  We start with fresh, sage and thyme mixed with tried-and-true onion, celery and freshly ground pepper.
• Habibi Baharat – Made with freshly toasted and ground coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and black pepper.
• Black Magic Powder – A phenomenal rub for beef or any meat. This traditional Mexican hot chocolate/latte trio makes a rich and edgy wine sauce or whipped cream.
• Tingly Togarashi – Who needs salt when a sprinkle of this blend greets you with the aromatic sweetness and refreshing sharpness of orange peel and ginger?  Experience the deep layers of umami and nuttiness of nori, mushrooms and a variety of seeds provide.
• Red Velvet Powder – Organic Beet Powder and Orange Zest with fennel and our very own magic blend.   Use as a natural food coloring and to enhance baked goods.
• Roarin’ Russum – What makes Russum special is the freshly toasted and ground lentil mix.  With them, this blend brings intense, exciting flavor that not only seasons, it makes an excellent thickener in broths, gravies and soup, or a dry rub and dusting powder for every meat and veggie.
• AND 0.5 oz of Pyro Powder – A blend of Carolina Reaper, Ghost Pepper, Trinidadian Scorpion Pepper mixed with Wild Chiltepan, and Indian Cayenne Pepper.
