Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received via USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number when your item has shipped. We only ship on days that our retail shop is open.

Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide through our website - please double check your shipping address. If you notice an error after you place your order please let us know ASAP. We are not responsible for shipping errors due to the wrong address being provided.

Shipping overages of $2 or more will be refunded to the buyer. These happen because shipping is calculated automatically by shopify based on weight and doesn't take into consideration item shape and multiple items.

Refund Policy

Refunds are addressed on a case by case basis. Unworn, unwashed ,and undamaged goods may be returned with 30 days of purchase for a refund to your card or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Proof of purchase (online order number/paper receipt/email receipt) is required for a refund to be issued.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will be responsible for the extra shipping.

Refunds and exchanges are addressed on a case by case basis and may be rejected if the item is not in re-sellable condition.

Sale items, seasonal items, food, preorders, and any custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
