Shipping Policy
Orders for stock items will be fulfilled and shipped out immediately upon processing. All glass work is packed and shipped accordingly.
Custom design orders will take several weeks (or months) to be created and complete based on size and complexity of design. These orders will be given an estimated ship timeframe and honored as stated per individual piece or your money back.
NOTE: Each piece is unique to glass fragment breaks. These designs can be replicated but never duplicated. Window frame sizes vary and will be closely replicated to individual order size request.
Refund Policy
Due to the complexity of design and sensitivity of medium, refunds may ONLY be issued:
- If customer receives product damaged during shipment. Instruction: Within 5 days of delivery drop date, you MUST send your Order # to include photographs and description of damage via email to: panesofpromise@gmail.com.
- If customer's Custom Order is not shipped within the indicated time-frame, a full refund may be offered pending email communication request initiated by the customer within 5 days of the deadline ship-out date.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once an order is processed, no cancellation, return, or exchange will be issued.
