Medium grain of salt produced along the western coast of Sicily, in an area protected by the WWF.
Made from pears, cane sugar, lemon juice, vanilla. Ideal uses for spreading on bread and rusks, excellent for preparing cakes, pies and biscuits.
Produced using Trebbiano white grapes, acetified and aged in barrels to get its typical amber colour.
Pasta Marilungo is prepared with the finest grains grown in Marche, Umbria and Tuscany, using eggs exclusively from free range hens. The artisanal process is performed manually.
