Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your customized items. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
You may request a replacement or refund upon verified Damage or Defect.
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Kittys Custom Products for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
