Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received via USPS or UPS. You will be provided with a tracking number when your item has shipped.
Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide through our website - please double check your shipping address. If you notice an error after you place your order please let us know ASAP. We are not responsible for shipping errors due to the wrong address being provided.
We use Pirate Shipping to calculate the best price available for shipping.
Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Undamaged goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Proof of purchase (online order number/paper receipt/email receipt) is required for a refund to be issued. We do not issue cash refunds.
