Boxed Up Expressions Shipping Policy is as follows. Please allow 3-5 days for packaging and shipping of your purchase. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and want to make your gift box is as personal as possible. If you are locally picking up, please select at checkout and you will be notified days and times for pickup.
Refund Policy
We do not offer a refund. However, we will do what we can to make everything right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Simply put. We do not have a Return & Exchange policy for our gift boxes due to the customization needing to be done with each one. We always hope our customers are 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy.
