Soapsmiths refined shea butter is lightly whipped with touch of organic jojoba oil and Vit E. to aid in the application of this wonderful butter. My shea butters are imported fresh and lightly processed to offer you the finest shea on the market. I package my body butters in eco friendly recyclable 2 ounce tins.
 Fragrances:
Lemon Verbena is a customer favorite for decades. It is a lemony vanilla sweet herbal scent.
Blackberry Sage, this fragrance is a special blend of sweet
juicy blackberry tempered with a touch of herbal sage, so yummy, it is my best
selling fragrance.
Lavender is a traditional herbal lavender scent with pure
lavender essential oil, it calls to mind my herb garden which produces bushels
of lavender for my products.
Coconut Cabana fragrance, perfect for summery coconut
lovers.
Almond fragrance, many will relate this classic scent to the
old time cherry almond scents loved for generations.
 Sandalwood Amber
fragrance scent is a classic, powdery sandalwood amber with incense tones.
I also offer virgin shea and refined shea in unscented as well as a variety of fragrances.
A little shea goes a long way. Simply soften a tiny amount in the palm of your hand and apply. As this is a butter, you will note it is heaver than most lotions. It takes a little while to be absorbed into the skin, but the wait is worth it!
Ultra refined Shea Butter begins the same as the unrefined. But more steps are taken. Clay filters are used to further process the unrefined butter until it is bleached, odorless, white and creamy. All of my scented shea body butters are made with white ultra refined shea. I also offer Unrefined Unscented Shea Butter that has the nutty smoky natural scent, The Ultra Refined Unscented Shea that has no scent, or my scented versions of Lemon Verbena, Blackberry Sage, Lavender, Coconut Cabana, Almond or Sandalwood.

The purchase of this shea supports the Women’s Project in Ghana Africa. I only purchase fair trade shea butters. The proceeds go directly to support an African village in Ghana. The women of the village harvest the nuts, process the butter by hand using traditional mortal and pestle. No chemicals are used. This shea is harvested fresh within several weeks of my receiving the shipment.
 I offer free pick up for local Altoona, PA customers at Fiore Hardware. If you place a local pick up order, I will fill your order and leave it with the cashier at the store for you to pick up at your convenience. Shipping charges are estimated at the highest rate. I ship USPS priority mail. I charge the actual postage fees. Any shipping overcharges will be automatically refunded.

Shipping Policy
Regular stock orders are packed within 30 hours of payment and shipped the next business morning. I ship USPS, UPS or Fed Ex choosing the lowest price option for your order. I will ship to the address you provide at the time of checkout. If you want your purchase shipped to a different address, please leave me a note immediately as I often ship within an hour of receiving your payment. I charge the actual shipping fees or less. Shipping is calculated at the highest rate. Any overcharge on shipping over one dollar will be refunded when I print the shipping label.
Due to the nature of my my items – international regulations, taxes and import fees – I am no longer offering international shipments.
Free samples are included with every sale.
Payment is due and payable when the order is placed. I accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. You can pay with any major credit card through Pay Pal. You do not have to join pay pal to pay with a credit card.

For my local customers, my items are available for pick up at my Altoona, PA retail location, Fiore True Value Hardware, 5514 6th Ave., Altoona, PA. You can place your order and I will leave them at the register for you to pick up at your convenience. You can pay on line or when you pick up your order. If you paid any postage, I will refund it in full as there will be no postage charges if you prefer to pick up your order at the store.
Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Refund Policy
I will always refund any overcharges in postage fees once I print the shipping label and get the actual postage price. I only charge the price of shipping, there are no added handling charges.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Anything that arrives damaged or defective will be refunded in full. I always work to provide positively outrageous customer service so please let me know how I can be of service.

I never return any product, even unopened items, to my selling stock. I have a high commitment to customer satisfaction.
