This piece is made of maple wood which is used in furniture, cabinets, doors and musical instruments.

The bowl size is 11-1/8″ diameter and 1-3/4″ tall

The rough lumber was sourced from as small owner/operator saw mill in the Appalachian region of south west Pennsylvania.

The finishes used are food grade. The wood is initially coated with Tried and True Danish Oil which is a superior penetrating linseed oil finish. It is then coated with a blend on linseed oil and beeswax to provide protection against water and liquids.

Care: Do not microwave, place in dishwasher or submerge in water. Wipe clean with soap and warm water, rinse and wipe dry.
