This bowl was hand turned on a lathe. The wood is poplar which varies in color from a creamy white to  a yellowish-brown to an olive green. Common uses are for furniture, cabinets and turnings.

The rough lumber was sourced within the Appalachian area from suppliers that practice sustainable forestry and ethical harvesting techniques that focus on the long-term health of our forests.

The dimensions of this bowl are 5-3/4″ in diameter and 1-1/2″ tall.

The finish is a satin polyurethane which is food grade after a 30 day cure which this item has reached.

Care: Do not microwave, place in dishwasher or submerge in water. Hand wash with soap and water, rinse and dry.
